Design Brief Tips

  • We require all the text you would like to appear on your leaflets. Try to keep your message concise and engaging. Don’t add unnecessary and lengthy information.

  • Use an attention grabbing headline.

  • Bullet points are a great way to highlight important information or to list services.

  • If you are promoting a sale or special offer, make sure you have the correct prices and dates. Do you need to add an offer end date or terms?

  • Include a call to action to direct the customer to how you would like them to get in touch - i.e. ‘Call now’ or ‘Visit our website’ or 'Visit our Showroom’.

  • Remember to add your contact information - Address, Telephone, Mobile Number, Email Address and any online social media presence such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

  • We are happy to use an existing logo. If you don't have a logo, a simple text one will be used. 

  • We can use stock images for free or you can supply your own. 

  • Send hi-res files with your brief: JPEGs or PDFs, 300dpi minimum if actual size, or at a higher resolution if smaller than the size required.

  • If you have a design idea or certain colour(s) that you love (or hate!) let us know.

What happens next...

A proof of your design will be emailed to you within 2 working days*. When you receive your proof, please check all the details carefully! We will make free amendments until you are happy to go to print. Once approved your leaflets will be delivered within 3-4 working days*.
