How do I supply images?


If you are supplying your own images or logo, please attach them to your email when sending your brief. Send JPEGs or PDFs, 300dpi minimum if actual size, or at a higher resolution if smaller than the size required.




Can I re-order my leaflets?


Yes. We will keep your leaflet artwork on file, so if you would like to re-order simply go to the Repeat Orders page and choose the size, standard or premium and the quantity. A proof of your leaflet will be emailed to you for your approval before going to print. Please make sure you order the same size as your previous order - you can change the paper weight or quantity.




Can I amend my previous leaflet design?


Yes. We will keep your leaflet artwork on file, so if you would like to make minor text amendments* to your leaflet simply go to the Amended Orders page and choose the size, standard or premium and the quantity. After placing your order remember to email your amendments through to us with your Order Number. A proof of your leaflet will be emailed to you for your approval before going to print. *Minor text amendments - These are amendments which do not alter the design of the leaflet, such as adding/altering a telephone number or address; changing bullet points; adding a sale notification etc. Replacing or removing design elements such as an image which would affect the layout is not classed as a minor amendment and involve more design time. In this case, we can still use your existing artwork but a new order would need to be placed.
